Ordering Mattresses Online: How does It Work?

The last few years have been crazy, and now most of us are thinking more about the quality of sleep they're getting. A lot of us also have no idea where to start. Because so many things have changed about the way we shop, and the best ways to save money, it's actually getting easier to shop online. But for some, it may still be a bit intimidating.

At Complete Suite Furniture and Mattress we have a whole team dedicated to answering your questions either in store or online. We have also put together a few of our favorite tips to make your online mattress experience quick and easy, along with a few suggestions on what may be your best fit.

What is your target price range?

Adults looking for an affordable mattress have a wide range of prices to choose from. Cost all depend on the size, material and quality of the mattress. Different qualities can be seen in the kind of foam, springs and fabric they use to construct the bed, and these all affect the general lifespan of the mattress.

For example, Tempurpedic has their own patented Tempur Material, with phase change technology that uses your body heat to constantly adapt to your shape. This material is exclusive to Tempurpedic, and leads the industry in the lifetime and customer feedback of mattresses. This is why the price point tends to be much higher. For a more cost conscious foam mattress, we love Nectar. Nectar provides supportive comfort, and it comes in an easy to move box!

On the more traditional side, we have what are called Inner Spring mattresses. These consist of steel coils underneath layers of foam. An inner spring mattress is typically liked by customers for it's exceptional support and airflow. With the popularity of foam mattresses rising, the traditional coil mattresses are becoming more affordable. One of our favorite spring mattresses has to be the Sealy Satisfied II Posturepedic Pillow Top

How long do I have to try my mattress?

Some manufacturers give different trial times allotted to customers to make sure its the perfect fit for you. At Complete Suite Furniture, we have a 30 Night Trial for every mattress we sell. An exception to this policy is a Tempurpedic mattress, with a 90-Night sleep trial, allowing your body to truly adapt to the Tempur Material which is typically a little different for most people to get used to. Nectar also offers a longer trial period.

Ordering a bed online from Complete Suite Furniture and Mattress is ideal simply because instead of waiting on a response from the manufacturer, you have us to reach out to and get a replacement for you as soon as possible. This process can take months when dealing directly with the manufacturer, so let us take it off your plate. No matter what mattress you chose, we have you covered.

How does delivery and set up work?

Regardless if you are shopping either in-store or online, you do have the option to select delivery with us at Complete Suite Furniture. Most company's charge anywhere from $100-$300 for curbside delivery of a new mattress. However, we only charge $60 for curbside and $100 for in home delivery and set up. Once an online order is completed, we reach out to get the delivery or pick up time coordinated.
